Player reviews
“We booked the Ember Arena for our uni league finals — 24 seats, zero lag and a shoutcaster who actually knew the game. Best A$540 the club has ever spent.”
“HyperEmberGrid took our prototype through a six-week sprint and we launched on Steam early access on time. Weekly playable builds kept the whole team honest.”
“Our studio fleet used to crash every second deadline. Since they took over managed IT, tickets are answered before lunch and the game servers just stay up.”
“They wired our new office LAN in a weekend — cabling, VLANs, the lot. First LAN party had 40 players and not a single dropped connection.”
Good to know
Walk-ins are welcome whenever seats are free, but weekends and evenings fill fast. We recommend booking your seat or squad online so we can reserve rigs and set up your game profiles before you arrive.
The arena is open Monday to Thursday 12pm–10pm, Friday and Saturday 10am–midnight, and Sunday 12pm–8pm. Studio and IT teams work standard business hours, with on-call cover for managed clients outside those times.
Both. Around half our sprint work is client projects delivered under NDA, and the rest are our own titles. You keep full ownership of your IP and source, and we hand over a documented build at the end of every cycle.
Patching, monitoring and daily backups for your fleet, autoscaling cloud game servers, and a shared ticket queue with next-business-hour response. Plans start at A$1,200/month and scale with your seat count.
Yes. A full arena night is A$540 and includes 24 seats, tournament admins, the shoutcaster booth and bracket setup. We handle check-in, scheduling and the stream overlay so your organisers can just enjoy the games.
